For answering services and agencies
Your client's name on the call. Our engine behind it.
For answering services and agencies that want nights, weekends and overflow covered for their clients without adding operators. Callers hear your client's business name, the receptionist tells them it is an AI, and the message goes where your team already works. Keep your people on the calls that need a person.
What your clients' callers get
The same receptionist that answers our own lines.
Answers in seven languages
English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Russian, with French and Turkish in beta. It follows the language the caller speaks.
Says it is an AI
Every caller is told at the start that they are talking to an AI and that the call is recorded. Nothing on the call names Dusklin or Odile Labs.
Takes the message properly
Name, callback number and what they need, read back, and sent as the call ends.
Handles an emergency in order
Anyone in danger is told to call 911. It gives the safety step your client wrote down, takes the address, and the message arrives marked URGENT.
Books real times
Into Google Calendar, Square Appointments or its own built-in calendar, only in slots the calendar has open.
Fits your stack
Call transfer during hours, and CRM connect to HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or any CRM by webhook.
Measured on real phone calls on 28 Sep 2026: 1.33s typical reply, 2.00s p90 (n=19 replies). See the public benchmark →
How a pilot works
One client line first, then the rest.
- Pick one line. We build the agent from that client's hours, services and rules. You call it and hear it before it answers anyone.
- We run it. It answers on our engine. Messages, recordings and transcripts go to you or your client, by text, email or your CRM.
- You sell it. You keep the client relationship and set the client's price. We quote you for your call volume.
What is not built yet
Said plainly, so a pilot has no surprises.
No self-serve portal
We set up each line with you. There is no agency dashboard to sign up to yet.
Our name on the back office
The call carries only your client's name. The owner's texts and console still carry the After Hours name today.
No public API
The MCP server is live; a general API is not public yet. See odilelabs.com/developers.
