Every call answered. A receptionist named Dusklin picks up.
Products that do one job, are set up in minutes, and explain themselves.
Builds it
Dusklin AI is Tolga Coskun.
Tolga Coskun’s professional profile
The receptionist is sold as After Hours in the United States and Canada and as Dusklin everywhere else, starting with the United Kingdom.
I run a few small businesses and got tired of software that needed a manual. So I build the other kind: products that do one job, are set up in minutes, and explain themselves.
The company runs on its own tools. Dusklin, our operations assistant, answers the phone, reads the numbers across every business, and drafts the emails — and nothing goes out without a person's approval. The receptionist we sell to shops is the same technology, pointed at their phone line instead of ours.
Dusklin AI is a brand of OdileUSA L.L.C., a Florida company that runs After Hours, a phone answering service for businesses in the United States and Canada.
Answers it
A receptionist named Dusklin.
Dusklin: Hi, I'm Dusklin. I answer the phone here. I'm an AI, I'll always tell you that, and if I don't know something I'll say so and take your number.
Scripted, and read in Dusklin’s own voice from our main line.
Our own line
Answered around the clock by Dusklin, our receptionist, who takes your message and passes it on the same day.
What it is not allowed to do, and what we check every morning, is on the trust page.
How we build
Principles
One job
Each product does one thing you can say in a sentence.
Honest by default
It says what it is in its first sentence, is told never to invent a fact or promise a time it can't confirm. It can still get things wrong: like any system that listens on a phone line, it can mishear a name or a number.
Plain pricing
A monthly price you can cancel, or free. No per-minute surprises.
Finished
We ship when it works, and we answer the phone after.
